AND, BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: To institute, maintain and prosecute, in the name of the City of Redwood City, an action in the Superior Court of the state of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, for the condemnation of the right of way and easements in and upon the real property hereinabove described, for said public improvements, and to take all steps necessary for said condemnation in the name of the City of Redwood city. To make application to said Court for an order fixing the amount of such security in the way of money deposits as said Court may direct to be made for the taking of immediate possession of said hereinabove descrj~ed real property by the city of Redwood City, and for an order permitting said city of Redwood City to take immediate possession and use of said real property.
