<br />4. The withdrawal and consent to the detachment of the
<br />
<br />following described territory from the above mentioned districts
<br />
<br />
<br />shall be effective on the date of adoption of this resolution.

<br />S. The property to be withdrawn, and to which consent t.o
<br />
<br />
<br />detachment is granted, is described as follows:
<br />
<br />A parcel of land comprising Lots 27 and 28, Block 18, and Lot 8,
<br />Block 19, as designated on that certain map entitled "Highlands of
<br />Emerald Lake - Subdivision One," recorded January 12, 1926, in
<br />Book 13 of Maps, at Pages 24 through 27, inclusive, in the office
<br />of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, and Lots 5 through
<br />10, inclusive, Block 204, as designated on that certain map entitled
<br />IIHighlands of Emerald Lake - Subdivision Two," recorded October 18,
<br />1926, in .Book 14 of Maps, at pages'37 and 38 in 'the office of the
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California," being more particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said Lot 5, Block 204,
<br />"Highlands of Emerald Lake - Subdivision Two," said corner also
<br />being a point in the Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City,
<br />as established by Ordinance No. 1096, dated May 27, 1963; THENCE,
<br />southwesterly along the southerly line of said Lots 5 through 10,
<br />Block 204, said line also being along the said last-mentioned
<br />Corporate Limit Line of the city of Redwood City, the following
<br />courses and distances: South 870 381 5011 West 153.44 feet;
<br />South 84u08110" vlest, 185.97 feet; South 64040150" West, 102.88
<br />"feet; South 58u40120" West, 107.77 feet; North 4Su3l13011 ~vest,
<br />55.72 feet, to the most westerly corner of said Dot 10, Block 204,
<br />said corner also being a point in the easterly line of East Lake
<br />Way, 50.00 feet in width, said point also being a curve of radius
<br />197.00 feet, and also being an angle point in ,said last mentioned
<br />Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City; THENCE, leaving
<br />said angle point, and coptinuing northerly along said easterly
<br />line of East Lake Way, on a curve concave to the left, having a
<br />radius of 197.00 feet, through a central angle of 9053119" and
<br />an arc length of 34.00 feet, to a point of tangency; THENCE northerly
<br />along said easterly line of East Lake Way, North 9040' East a dis-
<br />tance of 45.58 feet to the beginning of a curve of radius 17.62 feet;
<br />THENCE northeasterly along said curve, concave right, through a
<br />central angle of 99u081l7" and an arc leng.th of 30.47 feet to a
<br />point in the southerly line of Hamilton Way, 50.00 feet in width;
<br />THENCE continuing easterly along said southerly line of said
<br />Hamilton Way, South 720441 East, a distance of 15.86 feet, to the
<br />beginning of a curve of radius 86.00 feet; THENCE leaving said
<br />southerly line of and across sai~-Hamilton ~ay, in a di~~ct line,

<br />nor~he~ly line of said Hami~ton Way, said poiht also being the
