<br />,r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - Dolphin subdivision No. 1 <br />Improvements," by and between the City of Redwood City and Hood <br />Corporation, for the performance of the aforesaid work in accordance <br />with and subject to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned <br />specifications and contract documents, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Hood <br />Corporation is hereby waived. <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />5.
