JHT: yc: 3/4/69 OR1Gl NAl' RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. ,r9~3 ~10 .~ RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5479 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF WAYNE COURT EAST SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF: AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5479 approved and accepted the final map of Wayne Court East Subdivision, Redwood City, California, and approved and adopted plans and specifications for improvement thereof; and WHEREAS, conditions precedent to delivery of said map to owners or subdividers and to its recordation were: (1) That there be executed an agreement between the City of Redwood City and owners or subdividers entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Wayne Court East subdivision" ; (2) That owners provide good and sufficient bonds in the amount of $45,000, each, for faithful performance and labor and materials; (3) That owners provide proof of adequate public liability and property damage insurance; and WHEREAS, the subdividers of Wayne Court East subdivision have represented and warranted that they have substantially completed construction of the sanitary sewer system and the water system for the subdivision, and that said improvements have been approved by the Menlo Park Sanitary District and the Friendly Acres Water Company, respectively, and that the contractors have been paid in full for work completed to this date; and WHEREAS, the above mentioned agreement has not been executed; and WHEREAS, the subdividers request that the proposed improve- ment agreement..';be. -al:tered .to"'.reflepttne:o completion of the above mentioned work, and that the amounts of the bonds be reduced to reflect completion to date of said improvements;
