<br />'\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That said Resolution No. 5479 be amended to read as follows: <br />That certain final map of Wayne Court East Subdivision in the <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by William J. Hammond and Associates <br />for Arbor Development Company, subdividers of said subdivision, <br />heretofore approved by the Planning commission of the City of <br />Redwood City on August 22, 1967, is hereby approved, and all <br />offe~s of land for public use therein made on said map are hereby <br />accepted subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owners <br />of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute <br />that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of <br />Wayne Court East Subdivision, Revised March, 1969," wherein the <br />owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City and the acceptance by the City of the dedication <br />of lands for public use therein contained, shall agree to con- <br />struct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, <br />all street and other improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br />being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications <br />for the improvement of Wayne Court East Subdivision, on file <br />in the office of the City Engineer. <br />2.
