Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional <br /> <br />and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- <br /> <br />tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the <br /> <br />hereinafter described real property to the Redwood City sewer <br /> <br />system pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City subject to the conditions stated herein. <br /> <br />2. This Council hereby finds and determines that the public <br /> <br />convenience and necessity require the construction of the follow- <br /> <br />ing improvements in Edgewood Road in the vicinity of the herein- <br /> <br />after described real property: Approximately 71187 lineal feet <br /> <br />of vitreous concrete pipe, six inches in diameter, sewer main; <br /> <br />and further finds and determines that the value of the cost of <br /> <br />construction of said pipe as apportioned...;to':.the"-"hereiriafter <br /> <br />described'property is in the amount of $1,000, and that said <br /> <br />property will be benefited by said construction in said amount. <br /> <br />3. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the <br /> <br />following fees, terms and conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer connection <br />serving one one family residence. <br /> <br />(b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to <br />all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal <br />Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, <br />and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of Redwood City. The owners of the herein- <br />after described property shall pay such sewer connection <br />charges as would be applicable to properties located <br />within the City of Redwood City and such sewer rental <br />fees as are established by the City for properties <br />located outside of the City of Redwood city. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of ownership <br />in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance by <br />the owners hereof. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of <br />$500, the condition of the deposit being that it shall <br />be refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's <br />hereinafter described property is annexed to the City <br />of ,'Redwood :'Oity:~.within;~.ttw9 years.from ,.the date:,of " <br />adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
