(e) (f) . . The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the annexa- tion of the hereinafter described real property and shall execute a request for annexation and standard form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer connection being made. On or before the 15th day of December , 1969, and annually thereafter on or before the ~?~n day of December of each such year, to and including the 15th day of December , 1983, applicant shall pay to the City of Redwood City in 15 equal installments of principal together with six per cent interest per annum on the remaining balance of unpaid principal, the sum of $1,000, in reimbursement for the apportioned cost of the above mentioned public improve- ments to be installed by the City of Redwood City and benefiting the hereinafter described real property in said amount. In the event any installment of principal and/or interest is not paid when due, the City of Redwood City shall have the option to declare the entire remain- ing balance of principal together with interest thereon due and payable. In consideration of the construction of the above mentioned improvements benefiting the hereinafter described real property, the undersigned owners thereof hereby grant to the City of Redwood City a lien on the hereinafter described real property as security for the payment of the indebtedness herein mentioned. 4. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the County of San Mateo, state of California, des- cribed as Lot 1 of Pinecrest Manor Subdivision, Tract No. 549, which subdivision map is filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Volume 25 of Maps at page 55. 5. The permit herein granted shall not be effective until such time as the owners of the above described property accept the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns and successors in interest to the above described real property, and said terms and conditions shall be binding upon said owners and their heirs, assigns and successors in interest; and this permit shall further not be effective until the conditions set forth in paragraph 3(c), (d) and (e) have been complied with, and such charges as are to be made prior to -3-
