<br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the annexa- <br />tion of the hereinafter described real property and <br />shall execute a request for annexation and standard <br />form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer <br />connection being made. <br /> <br />On or before the 15th day of December , 1969, <br />and annually thereafter on or before the ~?~n day of <br />December of each such year, to and including <br />the 15th day of December , 1983, applicant <br />shall pay to the City of Redwood City in 15 equal <br />installments of principal together with six per cent <br />interest per annum on the remaining balance of unpaid <br />principal, the sum of $1,000, in reimbursement for the <br />apportioned cost of the above mentioned public improve- <br />ments to be installed by the City of Redwood City and <br />benefiting the hereinafter described real property in <br />said amount. In the event any installment of principal <br />and/or interest is not paid when due, the City of Redwood <br />City shall have the option to declare the entire remain- <br />ing balance of principal together with interest thereon <br />due and payable. <br /> <br />In consideration of the construction of the above <br />mentioned improvements benefiting the hereinafter <br />described real property, the undersigned owners thereof <br />hereby grant to the City of Redwood City a lien on the <br />hereinafter described real property as security for <br />the payment of the indebtedness herein mentioned. <br /> <br />4. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the <br />County of San Mateo, state of California, des- <br />cribed as Lot 1 of Pinecrest Manor Subdivision, <br />Tract No. 549, which subdivision map is filed in <br />the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, <br />California, in Volume 25 of Maps at page 55. <br /> <br />5. The permit herein granted shall not be effective until <br /> <br />such time as the owners of the above described property accept <br /> <br />the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of themselves, their <br /> <br />heirs, assigns and successors in interest to the above described <br /> <br />real property, and said terms and conditions shall be binding <br /> <br />upon said owners and their heirs, assigns and successors in <br /> <br />interest; and this permit shall further not be effective until <br /> <br />the conditions set forth in paragraph 3(c), (d) and (e) have <br /> <br />been complied with, and such charges as are to be made prior to <br /> <br />-3- <br />
