MAR I 0 or' RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - STANLEY C. SWARTZ & CO. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning commission has recommended approval of the application of the owner of the below described real property for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, which exceptions are herein- after set forth; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions are for use in connection with the said owner's application for a planned development permit for said real property; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions relate entirely to the development of 40 lots of the proposed subdivision of said real property; and WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is made is all that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: Lot 3, Block A, Dolphin Subdivision No.1; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said excep- tions will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood;
