<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exceptions are hereby authorized for the <br /> <br />above described real property, relating to 40 lots of the proposed <br /> <br />subdivision thereof, as follows: <br /> <br />(a) That lot widths have a minimum of 30 feet instead of <br />50 feet, as shown on the map. <br /> <br />(b) That lot areas have a minimum of 4,800 square feet <br />instead of 6,000 square feet, as shown on the map. <br /> <br />2. The exceptions granted in paragraph 1 hereof are subject <br /> <br />to the conditions that all requirements and conditions of the <br /> <br />approved tentative map for the subdivision of Lot 3, Block A, <br /> <br />Dolphin subdivision No.1, are met, and that such exceptions <br /> <br />shall be used in conjunction with a planned development permit <br /> <br />duly issued. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
