<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the bid of Commercial Construction <br />Co. is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "City of Redwood City - <br />Construction of a Firestation Building - station No. 4 - Redwood <br />City Fire Department - Agreement," by and between the City of <br />R~dwood City and Commercial Construction Co., for the performance <br />of said work in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a <br />copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
