<br />.- (( <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended, <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years <br />from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 1st day of the next <br />September following their date. Said bonds will be payable to <br />bearer and will contain a provision for a five per cent (5%) prepay- <br />ment premium on redemption. <br />Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council de- <br />termining to make said improvements without compliance with the <br />Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest <br />Act of 1931, being Resolution No. ~J'''~ on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk of said City. <br />All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in the <br />Improvement Act of 1911, as amended. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 17th day of March, 1969, <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Board of Super- <br />visors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, Calif- <br />ornia, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when <br />and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed <br />work and improvements described herein, or to the grade to which <br />said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the dis- <br />trict proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may <br />appear before said Council of said City and show cause why said pro- <br />posed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in <br />accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said work and <br />improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades shown <br />on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings referred to herein, and <br />for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improvement. <br />THE REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, <br />published, printed and circulated in said City .of Redwood City, is <br />hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in <br />which to publish this resolution of intention as required by law, <br /> <br />4 . <br />
