Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 1st day of the next September following their date. Said bonds will be payable to bearer and will contain a provision for a five per cent (5%) prepay- ment premium on redemption. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council de- termining to make said improvements without compliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Resolution No. ~J'''~ on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911, as amended. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 17th day of March, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Board of Super- visors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, Calif- ornia, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the dis- trict proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why said pro- posed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings referred to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improvement. THE REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed and circulated in said City .of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in which to publish this resolution of intention as required by law, 4 .
