<br />.- ...~ <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />directed to cause this resolution of intention to be published in <br />said newspaper, as required by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall <br />cause notices of the passage of this resolution of intention to be <br />posted in the time, form, manner and number as required by law. <br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of <br />this resolution of intention to all persons owning real property <br />proposed to be assessed, whose names and addresses appear on the <br />last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes, prior thereto, <br />in the time, form and manner as required by law. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed boundaries of the Assess- <br />ment District to be assessed are as set forth in that certain boun- <br />dary map of said assessment district, prepared by the City Engineer, <br />and consisting of one (1) page, entitled "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF <br />BEL AIR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA", which said map is hereby approved. The City <br />Clerk is directed to file the original of said map in her office and <br />a copy thereof in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, California, in the form and manner required by law. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />5 · <br />
