'-''',r <br /> <br />FEB 3 1f <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL AND <br />NEGOTIATION SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED <br />CANYON ROAD PARK, PHASE 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore determined that it <br /> <br />should proceed with acquisition of interests in certain parcels <br /> <br />of real property for park purposes in the vicinity of Canyon <br /> <br />Road: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment for real property appraisal and negotiation services in <br /> <br />connection with the appraisal and acquisition',of those certain <br /> <br />parcels known as San Mateo County Assessor's Nos. 057-222-310, <br /> <br />057-221-030, 057-221-020, 057-221~230, 057-221-010, 057-221-240, <br /> <br />and 057-211-060, designated by letters A, B, C, D and E, and <br /> <br />more particularly described in "Exhibit B, II hereof, and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Appraisal <br /> <br />and Negotiation Services, Proposed Canyon Road Park, Phase 2," <br /> <br />providing for appraisal and negotiation services of C. Warren <br /> <br />Fox, copy of which is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A, II and <br /> <br />by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
