The imp~ove~ent of Bel Air \{ay, from the end of the existing street improvements on Bel Air Way (approximately 125 feet from Seminole Way) to its northerly terminus) by the construction and installation therein of t\"ro-inch (2") asphaltic concrete surfacing of varying \.,ridth on a six-inch (6") crusher rock base) concrete curb and gu t ter; the raising and lo\vering of all manholes, valves, clean-outs) etc., to conform to the grades established herein; the excavation and filling of material and the grading of the roadway section; the'removal of all obstruct~ons in the line or work; the construction or all necessary appurtenances to any or the foregoing work. B. The construction and installation or a storm drainage system complete -in place, including catch basins, storm drain conduits) and necessary removal or existing storm drain conduits and inlets, and the, construction of all necessary appurtenances thereto. c. The construction and installation or sanitary sewer lateral) including cleanout) and the constru~tion or all necessary appurtenances thereto, complete in place rrom sewer main' in,Bel A~!
