. . - Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its Intenti?n to, Init~ate on, its own Motton Proceedings to'Annex to said City certain Uninhabi~ed Territory; Describing said Terri- tory and Designating it ,by the Name' EDGEWOOD ROAD ANNE~~TION NO.1 ': Giving its Reasons for Desir~ng said Annexation; Making certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council will hear Protests to said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexa- tion, described said territory and designated it by the above I 'mentioned name, made certain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice ,of the time and place this Council would hear protests thereto; and' (3) That less than twelve (12) ~egistered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council, and tha.t said territory is therefore uninhabited; and (4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 5846 to be published in the manner and within the time re- ~ '" quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all perso~s or bodies to whom such notice is require~ by law to be given; 'all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 5846 , set and' designate January 13 , 19~~ at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood' City, San Mateo County, California, 'as the day, hour and place when and where said Council would hear protests ,against said annexation; and ,~ '(6) That none of the territory withIn the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed 15 owned by a'junior college district; and ,[ , 2-- , I
