<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />December 4, 1968, is hereby accepted. <br />2. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of James Marsh <br />Company is hereby waived. <br />3. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and James Marsh Company for the performance of said <br />work in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
