Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Rosendin <br />Electric-, Inc., is hereby waived. <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other-than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />5.
