Other charges, such as <br />travel and subsistence, equipment rental, and laboratory analyses will be charged at cost plus <br />fifteen (15) percent. Travel and overtime will be charged at the listed rates above. <br />Automobile mileage will be charged at $0.58 per mile. Depositions and other related <br />. courtroom appearances will be billed at 2.0 times base billing rate with a 4-hour minimum <br />charge. Invoices are due on presentation. A service fee of one and one-half percent per <br />month will accrue from the date of billing and will be added to the invoice after 30 days. <br />All invoices will be considered final and payable in full upon request. Any questions <br />regarding the invoices should be addressed within 10-days of receipt. <br />
