Attachment 3 PHASING SCHEDULE FOR ZONE B, ZONE AB, AND ALL ZONES IMPROVEMENTS This Attachment lists Project milestones by which time the East 101 Public Infrastructure Improvements shaH be completed. Refer to Attachment 1 for a map depicting the location of such improvements. The East 101 Public Infrastructure Improvements shown on Attachment 1 but not on this Phasing Schedule are not required for the Project, but rather are required for the redevelopment of other properties. The milestones set forth in this Attachment are intended as a mandatory date by which City will require such improvements to be completed, With consent of City and Developer, any of these improvements may be completed sooner or may be combined with other East 101 Public Infrastructure Improvements for the purposes of efficiency and cost savings.
