RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. /;25'3- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS CIRCL E ROAD vffiEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on Ap...n 21~ 19"2. , pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 1240 , declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Inten- tion No. 1240 ,headed uNOTICE OF IMPROVEHENT II J were duly and regularly posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, and on all of the streets in the district to be assessed therefor, in the time, form,manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavi t of Gl..'CJIltf W. J AIM Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City, on file in the office of the Clerk of said City; and VJHEREAS it appears from the affidavi t of R. s. nOQOli; Clerk of the City of Redwood City, that notices of the adoption of the said resolution were mailed to all persons owning real prop- erty proposed to be assessed for said improvements, in the time, form, and manner as required by law, which affidavit is on file with the Clerk of said City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS it appears from the affidavit of .~~~~-.hEN that said Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published, nrinted and circulated in the City of Redwood City; and WclEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. 1240 and the notices of the passage thereof posted, published and mailed as aforesaid, said Council of the City of Redwood City fixed ~ad.ay May 19. 1911 , at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day, at the Council Chamber of the -1-
