<br />.. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Council of Redwood City, in the City Hall on Middlefleld Road 1n <br />said City, as the day, hour and place when and where any and all <br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve- <br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No. 1240 , or to <br />the grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and <br />made, or to the district to be assessed for said work and improve- <br />ments, could appear before said Council and show cause why said <br />proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done <br />in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1240 ,or <br />why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done <br />at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed draw- <br />ings referred to 1n said Resolution of Intention No. 1240 and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood Cityj <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, .aid public hearing was cluly and reaularly helel ia the <br />COWlCU Chamber., Redwood City, Califerld.. on Way 19, 1952.aad <br /> <br /> <br />rffiEREAS, at the day, hour and place last above mentioned, <br />all objections, oral and wrltte~ to said work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 1240 ,or to the <br />extent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly con- <br />sidered by said Council; and <br />\~~EREAS all said objections were overruled and denied by <br />said Council; and <br />wHEREAS said Council did determine that protests were not <br />made by more than one-half (1/2) of the owners of the property <br />proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements; and <br />WHEREAS said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said <br /> <br />work and improvements; <br /> <br />-2- <br />
