That the public convenience and necessity require, and <br />said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 1240, passed and <br />adopted by said Council on April 21, 1952 to be <br />performed. For further partlc~~ars as to the work and improve- <br />ments herein ordered to be done and for a description of the area <br /> <br />proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, reference <br />1240 <br /> <br />is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Clerk of Redwood City. <br />2.
