This Council hereby obligates the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City to share in the costs for the engineering services referred <br /> <br />to in paragraph 1 hereof for the remainder of such apportioned <br /> <br />costs, to wit: <br /> <br />Percentaqe Maximum Amount <br />of Total Cost <br /> <br />Redwood Cfty <br /> <br />57% <br /> <br />$135,204 <br /> <br />provided, however, that such obligation shall be conditioned <br /> <br />upon receipt by the City of Redwood City of copies of the <br /> <br />resolutions referred to in paragraph I hereof. <br /> <br />3.
