<br />. , . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Each voter may vote in person or through a per- <br />sonal representative as provided in Section 710 of the <br />Ordinance. Any voter or his personal representative may <br />vote by proxy pursuant to Sections 711, 712 and 713 of the <br />Ordinance. Each voter shall have one vote on said Measure <br />(A) for each $1 of assessed value of land in the District <br />owned by him as shown on the last equalized assessment roll <br />on which District taxes are collected. Each voter shall <br />have one vote on each of said Measures (B), (D), (E) and <br />(F), respectively for each $1 of assessed value of the real <br />property in the District owned by him as shown on said last <br />equalized assessment roll. Each voter may vote on anyone <br />or more or all of said measures. Each voter to vote for <br />any measure hereby submitted and for incurring the bonded <br />indebtedness set forth in said measure shall stamp a cross <br />(X) in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the ballot <br />to the right of said measure, and to vote against.said <br />measure and against incurring said bonded indebtedness shall <br />stamp a cross eX) in the blank space opposite the word "NO" <br />on the ballot to the right of said measure. <br /> <br />14 <br />
