The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause <br /> <br />notice of the election to be given by causin~ a notice of <br /> <br />the election, notice of measures to be voted on and notice <br /> <br />of election officers and polling place to be published once <br /> <br />in the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in the City, not less than 14 days before the day of <br /> <br />the election. <br /> <br />15. The City Clerk is further ordered and direc- <br />ted to notify the members of said election board of their <br /> <br />appointment and to furnish all election supplies necessary <br /> <br />in the conduct of the election. No irregularities or in- <br /> <br />formalities in conductin~ the election shall invalidate <br /> <br />the same if the election shall otherwise have been fairly <br /> <br />conducted. <br /> <br />16.
