I <br /> <br />1\. <br /> <br />i. <br /> <br />four projects of Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 (the "District"), (b) that the whole of the Dis- <br />trict will be benefited by each such project and (c) the <br />tax base for the bonds for each such project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City on November 18, <br />1968, pursuant to said Section duly adopted Resolution <br />No. 5829 determining (a) that the public interest and con- <br />venience require the incurring of a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness for an additional project of the Dis- <br />trict, (b) that the whole of the District will be benefited <br />by such project, and (c) the tax base for such project; and <br />WHEREAS, no petition has been filed by owners <br />under either clause (a) or (b) of Section 810 of the Ordi- <br />nance and the Council has Jurisdiction under the Ordinance <br />to call a general obligation bond election to be held in <br />the District as hereinafter provided; and the territory <br />comprising the District is uninhabited and has no regis- <br />tered electors residing within its boundaries; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them <br />is, true and correct and this Board so finds and determines. <br />2. A general obligation bond election (the <br />"election") is hereby called and ordered to be held in the <br />District on Tuesday, December 10, 1968, at which election there <br />shall be submitted to the voters of the District the five <br />measures and each of them hereinafter set forth. The Council <br />does hereby submit to the voters of the District at the elec- <br />tion the said measures and each of them and desi~nates and <br />refers thereto as the measures to be set forth on the ballot <br /> <br />2 <br />
