S?:;...? <br /> <br />NOV 1j '66 <br />ORIGJlVAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DETER- <br />MINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE REQUIRE THE <br />INCURRING OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED INDEBTEDNESS FOR AN <br />ADDITIONAL PROJECT OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DIS- <br />TRICT NO. 1-64; DETERMINING THAT THE WHOLE OF SAID DISTRICT <br />WILL BE BENEFITED BY SUCH PROJECT; AND DETERMINING THE TAX <br />BASE FOR THE BONDS FOR SUCH PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(the "City") did, by Resolution No. 5792, adopted on October <br />7, 1968 (the "Resolution of Public Interest"), determine <br />and declare that the public interest, convenience and neces- <br />sity require and that the Council intends that Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-6Ji (the "District") in- <br />cur a general obligation bonded indebtedness for the addi- <br />tional project therein described (the "project") and did <br />in and by the Resolution of Public Interest fix Monday, <br />November 18, 1968, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. and the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, City <br />of Redwood City, California, as the time and place of <br />hearing on the questions of whether the whole of the Dis- <br />trict, or only a portion thereof, would be benefited by <br />the accomplishment of the object and purpose for which <br />said bonded indebtedness was proposed to be incurred; if <br />only a portion thereof would be so benefited by such ob- <br />ject and purpose what portion would be so benefited; and <br />whether the tax base for the bonds for the project should <br />be land only, real property or all taxable property; and <br />
