<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was thereafter duly <br />given by the City Clerk by causing a copy of said resolution <br />to be published, posted and mailed in the manner provided <br />by Chapter 4 of the Redwood City General Improvement Dis- <br />trict Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128 adopted March 9, <br />1964, as amended, hereinafter called the "Ordinance"); said <br />publication, posting and mailing having been duly made as <br />more fully appears from the affidavit of pUblication and <br />affidavit of posting and mailing presented to the Council <br />and on file with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of Public <br />Interest said hearing has been held at the time and place <br />aforesaid and the Council has proceeded with said hearing <br />and has authorized and permitted any person interested, in- <br />cluding all persons owning property within the District, to <br />appear and present any matters material to said questions, <br />and has afforded due notice and opportunity to be heard <br />to all such persons; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing has been duly and regularly <br />held and full opportunity to be heard has been afforded to <br />any person interested and no person has presented any ob- <br />jection to the accomplishment of the purpose aforesaid, <br />except <br /> <br />2 <br />
