<br />, , . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them <br /> <br />is, true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br /> <br />2. The Resolution of Public Interest has been duly <br /> <br />and regularly published, posted and mailed for the time and <br /> <br />in the manner provided by the Ordinance, and due notice <br /> <br />has been given to all persons interested in the questions <br /> <br />stated in the Resolution of Public Interest, including all <br /> <br />persons owning property in the District. <br /> <br />3. A hearing on the questions stated in the Reso- <br /> <br />lution of Public Interest has been duly and regularly and <br /> <br />fairly held at the time and place therein prescribed and <br /> <br />in all respects as required by the Ordinance and by law. <br /> <br />4. It is necessary for the District to incur a <br /> <br />bonded debt in the aggregate principal amount and for the <br /> <br />object and purposes of the project set forth in the fol- <br /> <br />lowing bond measure: <br /> <br />MEASURE SUBMITTED TO VOTE OF VOTERS <br /> <br />MEASURE (F): Shall Redwood City General <br />JGeneral Fire Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />Alarm System) incur a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness in the YES <br />principal amount of $850,000 for the acquisition, <br />construction, improvement, maintenance and opera- <br />tion of the following district project, to wit: <br />General fire alarm system comprising (a) fire <br />alarm boxes and (b) other works, property or struc- <br />tures necessary or convenient for said project? <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br />3 <br />
