The whole of the District will be benefited <br /> <br />by said project described in said bond measure and in the <br />Resolution of Public Interest and by the incurring of said <br /> <br />bonded debt in the amount referred to in said measure and <br /> <br />in the Resolution of Public Interest, and the Council ~o finds <br /> <br />and determines. The proceedings hereafter for the purpose <br /> <br />of the election for the issuance of the bonds to evidence <br /> <br />said bonded debt and for the purpose of taxation for the <br /> <br />payment of said issue of bonds and interest shall not be <br /> <br />limited to any particular portion of the District, but the <br /> <br />same shall apply and inure to the benefit of the whole of <br /> <br />the District, and the whole of the District will be bene- <br /> <br />fited thereby. <br />6.
