<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:lO/18/68 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL' <br /> <br />ltT 21 '68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION <br />PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.2l.l OF THE CITY CODE: AND <br />STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR (BUTLER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the hereinafter described property <br /> <br />situate in the vicinity of the southeasterly. corner of the inter- <br /> <br />section of Jefferson Avenue with East Lake Way in the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City has applied to the City for a permit to connect to <br /> <br />the Redwood City sewer system: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in support of said application the applicant has <br /> <br />established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting <br /> <br />the subject property and affecting the public health and safety: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the <br /> <br />existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary <br /> <br />circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public <br /> <br />health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting <br /> <br />of a sewer connection permit to the property in question: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional <br /> <br />and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- <br /> <br />tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the <br /> <br />hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system <br />pursuant to Section 27.2l.l of the Redwood City Municipal Code <br /> <br />subject to the conditions stated herein. <br /> <br />2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the <br /> <br />following fees, terms and conditions: <br />
