. . (a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer connection serving one one-family residence. (b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City. The owner(s) of the hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be applicable to properties located within the City of Redwood City and such sewer rental fees as are established by 'the City for properties located outside of the City of Redwood City. (c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance by the owner(s) hereof. (d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), the condition of the deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's hereinafter described property is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years from the date of adoption of this resolution. (e) The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the annexation of the hereinafter described property and shall execute a request for annexation and standard form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer connection being made. (f) The applicant shall install or cause to be installed in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the Department of Public Works an extension of the existing sanitary sewer line located in East Lake Way for a distance of approximately 275 feet to or near the intersection of East Lake Way with Jefferson Avenue. All costs of said extension shall be borne by the applicant. Upon acceptance of the aforesaid extension by the City of Redwood City, the title thereto shall vest in the City of Redwood City. 3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the County of San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: Lot 27, Block 207, as designated on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision No.2, II which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, state of California, on October 18, 1926, in Volume l4 of Maps, at pages 37 and 38. 4.
