<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />This Council further finds that said structures are <br />structurally unsafe and fail to comply with the structural <br />requirements of the Redwood City Building Code and the Redwood <br />City Electrical Code. <br />This Council further finds that the findings contained in <br />the reports of the Building Inspector, the Police Department, <br />the Sheriff's Office of San Mateo County, and the Fire Marshal <br />are substantially correct and true. <br />2. The owner of the above mentioned structures located at <br />No. 10, 12, l4 and 16 Arch Street, Redwood City, is hereby <br />directed to abate said nuisance within 30 days by having said <br />buildings properly reconstructed or repaired.,jor by having the <br />same razed and removed. The Building Inspector is hereby <br />directed to transmit to the owner and to such other persons as <br />are known to have an interest in the subject parcel a certified <br />copy of this resolution together with a copy of Article II of <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br />3. The Building Inspector is hereby directed to notify <br />the owner of the above mentioned structures located at No. lO, <br />12, l4 and l6 Arch Street that if said nuisance is not abated, <br />the structures located thereon shall be razed or removed by the <br />Building Inspector and the expense thereof made a lien on the <br />land from which it was removed. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
