. . NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements a~d conditions contained herein" the parties heretri agree as follows: 1. Operation - Safety Patrols. Flotilla shall operate, use and maintain the "Mickey C" as a safety patrol boat on Saturdays and Sundays of each week during the term hereof between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each such day; and on the follow- ing holidays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:ob p.m. each,such holiday: January I, February 22, May 30, July 4, Labor Day, September 9, ~ovember II, Thanksgiving Day, the day following Thanksgiving Day, December 25, and every day appointed by the President or Governor for a public feast, thanksgiving or holiday. If January 1, February 22, May 30, July 4, September 9, November 11, or December 25 falls upon a Sunday, the Monday following is a holiday, and shall'be included in the period of operation for each'such respective holiday. 2. Operation - Search and Rescue. Flotilla shall operate, use and maintain the "Hickey e" as a search and rescue unit at such times and in such places as designated by City during the term hereof, for the protection and sa~ety of persons and property, including but not limited to, the use of fire fighting appatatus installed on the IlIvlickey C". 3. Operational Control. City shall retain and maintain over-all operational control of the "Nickey e" at all times during the term thereof, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph 3. "Operational contraIl! as us~d herein shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, direction as to the manner of operation and the location of the 1I1;Iickey e". Flotilla shall at all times keep City advised of the location and use of the "Hi.ck(::?y ell, while said boat is under the operation, use and tenance of Flotilla.
