It is further understood and agreed that pursu~nt, to such use as a training facility, Flotilla will not permit more than three persons on board who .are'not fully qualified to operate, use and maintain the IlNickey C" in accordance v';ith the provisions of this agreement. It is further understood and ~greed that the use of the lII'1ickeyCII as a training facility shall not interfere or obstruct or in ~ny way :reduce the effectiveness thereof as a safety patrol boat and/or as a search and rescue unit as provided in this agree- m~nti provided, hO\1ever, that training activities not inconsistent "lith the primary use of the "Mickey C" as a safety patrol boat and/or search and rescue unit may be conducted concurrently with such uses. No additional monetary consideration shall be required of the parties hereto for their respective rights hereunder, other than specifically provided in this agreement relating to enumerated costs. 13. Term. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of one year con~encing upon the date first hereinabove written. 14. rllermination. The parties hereto shall have the option to terminate this agreernent wi thou-t cause at any time dur ing the term hereof upon giving written notice of such termination to the other party not less than ten days prior to such termination. 15.
