<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />hereunder. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that approval of Flotilla, its <br /> <br />members, 'agents and employees by ci ty' s insurance carrier as <br /> <br />additional insureds he~eunder shall be a condition precedent to <br /> <br />the use, operation, and maintenance of the "Mickey C" by Flotilla <br /> <br />under this agreement. <br /> <br />In the event Flotilla, its members, agents and <br /> <br />employees are not found by City's insurance carrier to be satisfactory <br /> <br />additional insureds, the respective rights, duties, and obligations <br /> <br />of the parties hereto shall cease and determine. <br /> <br />Flotilla shall pay to City, upon presentment of a bill therefor, <br /> <br />the amount by ~lich City's insurance premium or premiums are <br /> <br />increased as a result of the coverage of Flotilla, its meniliers, <br /> <br />agents, and employees as additional insureds as herein this <br /> <br />parag'raph provi.ded. <br /> <br />11. Hold Harmless. <br /> <br />Flotilla agrees to, and shall, hold <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, its councilmen, officers, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, and employees, harmless from any liability for <br /> <br />damages or claims for damages resulting, or alleged to have <br /> <br />resulted, from personal injury, including death, as well as <br /> <br />liability or claims for property damage, vmich may arise or be <br /> <br />occasioned in any way from Flotilla's operation, use and main- <br /> <br />tenance of the "Mickey C" under this agreement. <br /> <br />Flotilla further <br /> <br />agrees to, and shalll defend the eity of Redwood City, its <br /> <br />councilmen, officers, boards, commissions, and employees, from <br /> <br />any claims, actions, or suits, for any damages or 10ss1 whatso- <br /> <br />ever, caused or alleged to have been caused by reason of Flotilla's <br /> <br />operation, use and maintenance of the 11ltlickey ell under this <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />12 . rr!ainins[. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that', 1n <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />addition to all other purposes, the operation, use and maintenance <br /> <br />-6- <br />
