Flotilla <br /> <br />shall have access to such facilities as is necessary and ,proper <br /> <br />to carry out its duties and obligations hereunder. <br /> <br />8. Operational Costs, ~~airs. Flotilla shall bear the cost <br /> <br />of fuel, oil, and maintenance and such other costs incidental to <br /> <br />the operation of the ".Ivlickey Cll by Flotilla hereunder. Flotilla <br /> <br />shall bear the cost of all repairs to the "Mickey C" required as <br /> <br />a result of Flotilla's use, operation, and maintenance of said <br /> <br />boat under this agreement provided, however, that such costs <br /> <br />shall not exceed the amount 'of five hundred dollars ($500.00) <br /> <br />for anyone occurrence requiring such repairs. <br /> <br />\~ <br /> <br />9. Records. ~lotilla shall maintain a complete and <br /> <br />accurate log of all operations conducted by Flotilla in accord- <br /> <br />ance'with the provisions of this agreement. <br /> <br />In addition, Flotilla <br /> <br />shall keep and maintain such other records as may be required by <br /> <br />City from time to time during the term hereof.' <br /> <br />10. Insurance. City shall, subject to the approval of City's <br /> <br />insurance carrier, name Flotilla, its members; ,agents, and employees <br /> <br />as additional insureds on city's policy of insurance ror all <br /> <br />claims for personal injury or death to anyone person or persons <br /> <br />resulting from the use, operation, ,and maintenance or the "Mickey Cn <br /> <br />by 'Flotilla hereunder, and for all claims for property damage, <br /> <br />including loss of use thereof, resulting from said use# operation, <br /> <br />and maint(.3nance. <br /> <br />city shall, suj'")ject to the approva.l of city's insurance carrier <br /> <br />name Flotilla, its members, agents, and employees as additional <br /> <br />insureds on city's <br /> <br />policy of insurance for "damaae <br />... - .,J . <br /> <br />to the hull of <br /> <br />the '1lNickey e", or other physical damage to said boat resulting <br /> <br />from the use I operation and maintenance of the 1!1-ilickey C II by Flotilla <br /> <br />--5- <br />
