Shall Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 incur a ~eneral obligation bonded indebtedness in the principal amount of $7,311,000 for the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance and operation of the following dis- trict project, to wit: Parks and Recreation Project comprising (a) waterway improvement works, including improving waterways, both existing and to be created, for recreational purposes; (b) park development works, community and neighbor- hood parks and recreation facilities, paving, irrigation facilities, sanitary facilities, light- ing, planting and fencing; (c) green belt works, including paths and open areas; (d) golf course works; (e) public recreation works, includin~ public beach and boating recreation areas with re- lated automobile parking facilities and other com- munity recreation facilities; (f) lands, rights- of-way and easements for any or all of said works; and (g) other works, property or structures neces- sary or convenient for said project? MEASURE (E): (Parks and Recreation Project) YES NO 5. The whole of the District will be benefited by each of said projects described in said bond measures and in the Resolution of Public Interest and by the incur- ring of each of said bonded debts in the respective amounts referred to in said measures and in the Resolution of Public Interest, and the Council so finds and determines. The proceedings hereafter for the purpose of the election for the issuance of the four issues of bonds to evidence said four bonded debts and for the purpose of taxation for the payment of said four issues of bonds and interest shall not be limited to any particular portion of the District, but the same shall apply and inure to the benefit of the whole of the District, and the whole of the District will be benefited thereby. 6
