<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />[FPP-~J <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .s:.Lct 1.. <br /> <br />OCT '1 'e8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE <br />AND NECESSITY REQUIRE AND THAT THE COUNCIL INTENDS <br />THAT REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 INCUR GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED INDEBTED- <br />NESS AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON <br />QUESTION WHETHER WHOLE DISTRICT WILL BE BENEFITED <br />AND ON QUESTION AS TO WHAT SHOULD BE TAX BASE FOR <br />BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 (the "District") is a general improvement dis- <br />trict duly organized and existing under the Redwood City <br />General Improvement District Ordinance (being Ordinance <br />No. 1128 adopted March 9, 1964, as amended, hereinafter <br />called the "Ordinance"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(the "City") by Resolution No. 5791 duly adopted on Octo- <br />ber 7, 1968, finally determined and generally described <br />an additional project (the "project") for the District, <br />hereinafter referred to; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been found and determined, and the <br />Council does hereby find and determine, that the cost of <br />the project will be approximately the sum hereinafter <br />set forth, and that the cost of the project 1s and will be <br /> <br />1 <br />
