<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />too great to be paid from the levy and collection of taxes <br /> <br />within the District; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them is, <br /> <br />true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br /> <br />2. The public interest, convenience and necessity <br /> <br />require the acquisition, construction, improvement, <br /> <br />maintenance and operation of the project for the District <br /> <br />hereinafter described, and the Council intends that the <br /> <br />District shall incur a bonded indebtedness for the project. <br />3. The object and purpose of the project for <br />which said proposed bonded debt is to be incurred and the <br /> <br />amount of said proposed bonded debt are as set forth in the <br /> <br />following bond measure: <br /> <br />MEASURE SUBMITTED TO VOTE OF VOTERS <br /> <br />MEASURE (F): <br />(General Fire <br />Alarm System) <br /> <br />Shall Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />incur a general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal amount of $850,000 for the acquisition, <br />construction, improvement, maintenance and opera- <br />tion of the following district project, to wit: <br />General fire alarm system comprising (a) fire <br />alarm boxes and (b) other works, property or struc- <br />tures necessary or convenient for said project? <br /> <br />YES <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br />2 <br />
