If the Council determines that the <br /> <br />whole of the District will not be benefited by the pro- <br /> <br />ject, then it shall by resolution describe the portion of <br /> <br />the District which will be benefited by the project, de- <br /> <br />scribing such portion of the District in a manner suffi- <br /> <br />cient for identification, and such portion of the District <br /> <br />so described shall thereupon constitute and be known as <br />"Improvement District No. _ Redwood City General Improve- <br />ment District No. 1-64"; and the proceedings thereafter <br /> <br />for the purpose of a bond election or bond authorization <br /> <br />for the project and for the purpose of taxation for the <br /> <br />payment of the bonds and interest for the project shall be <br /> <br />limited and apply only to such improvement district. <br /> <br />5. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the <br /> <br />City Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting <br /> <br />and mailing copies of this resolution, all in the manner <br /> <br />provided by Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />6.
