G,IJfJ <br /> <br />,ORIGINAl: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST, AND CONVENIENCE REQUIRE <br /> <br />THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, MAINTENANCE <br />AND OPERATION OF AN ADDITIONAL PROJECT IN REDWOOD CITY <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; DESCRIBING SAID <br />PROJECT AND STATING THE GENERAL ESTIMATED COST THEREOF; <br />DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT; DECLARING THE <br />DISTRICT TO BE THE DISTRICT BENEFITED BY SAID PROJECT; <br />AND STATING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF OBJECTIONS <br /> <br />BY PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />has received and e~amined a ~eneral plan and report relatin~ <br />to an additional project (hereinafter described) for Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64 (the "District") <br />and a description of the District (in which said project is <br /> <br />proposed to be acquired, constructed, improved, maintained <br /> <br />and operated), all as prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson & <br /> <br />Mendenhall, qualified civil engineers and en~ineers of the <br /> <br />District, which said general plan and report and description <br /> <br />have been reviewed by the City Manager who has reported to <br /> <br />the Council thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined and hereby <br /> <br />finds that the public interest and convenience require said <br /> <br />project in the District and that the proceedings initiated <br />by this resolution are authorized by Sections 615, 603 to 609, <br />inclusive, and Sections 612 and 613 of Ordinance No. 1128 <br />adopted by the Council on March 9, 1964, being the Redwood <br />
