<br />. <br />.' . <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City General Improvement District Ordinance, as amended <br /> <br />(the "Ordinance"); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br />1. The public interest and convenience require <br /> <br />that there be added to the purposes for which Redwood City <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 (the boundaries of <br /> <br />which are hereinafter described) was formed, the additional <br /> <br />purposes (a) to acquire, construct, improve, maintain and <br /> <br />operate the project hereinafter described and (b) to pro- <br /> <br />vide for the costs and expenses of said project; and the <br /> <br />public interest and convenience require an additional <br /> <br />project for said purposes in the District. <br /> <br />2. A general description of said additional <br />project (the "projectll) is as follows: <br /> <br />General Fire Alarm System Project comprising <br />(a) fire alarm boxes and (b) other works, property or structures <br /> <br />necessary or convenient for said project. <br /> <br />The report prepared by said civil engineers <br />in which the project is generally shown and described is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for <br /> <br />examination during business hours by any interested person. <br />3. The general estimated cost of the project <br />to be accomplished by the District is $850,000. <br /> <br />2 <br />
