The boundaries of the District are set forth and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, entitled "Boundary Description, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64." Said boundaries are shown on those certain maps entitled "Redwood City Gen- eral Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores, District Boundary, City of Redwood City, California," "Press-Wireless Annexation to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood City, California" and "Piambo Annex- ation to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood City, California," on file in the office of the City Clerk. 5. The Council hereby declares that the Dis- trict is and will be the district benefited by the project. 6. Monday, October 7, 1968, at 7:30 P.M. and the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, City of Redwood City, are stated to be the time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested in the project. On the day fixed for said hearin~, or any day to which said hearing is adjourned, the Council shall hear and consider all written and oral objections presented to the project. At said hearing the Council may make changes in the project or in the estimated costs and ex- penses thereof, subject to the limitations specified in Section 609 of the Ordinance. At the conclusion of said hearing and after making all necessary and proper chan~es in the project, the Council may by resolution determine that the public interest and convenience require the project, and if it does so determine the Council will generally de- scribe the project as finally determined~ provided, however, 3
