That all objections to the itemized report and <br /> <br /> <br />proposed assessment list of the Superintendent of streets of <br /> <br /> <br />the cost of removing weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths <br /> <br /> <br />from or abutting each parcel of land from which said weeds, <br /> <br /> <br />dirt, rubbish or rank growths were removed, to hear which a <br /> <br /> <br />public hearing has been held this date in the manner specified <br /> <br /> <br />by law, are hereby overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That said report and proposed, assessment list are <br /> <br /> <br />hereby confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds, dirt, <br /> <br /> <br />rubbish and rank growths from or abutting said parcels of land <br /> <br /> <br />shall constitute a lien on such parcels until paid. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That a copy of said report and assessment list and a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector for entry <br /> <br /> <br />and collection with the next tax roll upon which general muni- <br /> <br /> <br />cipal taxes are collected and that, hereafter, such assessments <br /> <br /> <br />shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as <br /> <br /> <br />general City taxes are collected and shall be subject to the <br /> <br /> <br />same interest and penalties and the same procedure and sale in <br /> <br /> <br />case of delinquency. <br /> <br /> <br />4. That all laws and ordinances applicable to the levy, <br /> <br /> <br />collection and enforcement of City taxes are hereby made applicable <br /> <br /> <br />to the assessments confirmed by this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
