<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:6/24/68 <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City, permission is hereby <br /> <br />granted to BALESTRA PONTIAC, a California corporation, with <br />offices located at 1039 E1 Camino Real, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />hereinafter called "Permittee," to use and mainta in for vehicular <br /> <br />parking purposes the following described real property or premises <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, hereinafter called "City," to-wit: <br /> <br />The northwesterly portion of that certain parking lot <br />situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, state of California, commonly known as the <br />"Franklin Street Parking Lot," consisting of 84 <br />parking spaces in an approximate area of 27,322 <br />square feet more particularly described in "Exhibit A" <br />hereof and as shown upon that plat marked "Exhibit B" <br />hereof, both of which exhibits are attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) This permit shall not become effective until receipt <br /> <br />by City of a copy hereof with a properly signed endorsement <br /> <br />accepting the permit subject to the conditions contained herein. <br /> <br />(2) The permission granted herein is revocable at any time <br /> <br />at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City: and shall <br /> <br />not be deemed to constitute a deed, lease, grant of easement, or <br /> <br />conveyance or transfer of any property interest by the City. <br /> <br />This permission is not transferable or assignable. Permittee <br /> <br />expressly agrees and understands that this permit is temporary <br /> <br />in nature, and that City intends to lease the subject property; <br /> <br />and, further, that upon the granting of such lease, this permit <br /> <br />shall terminate without further action by City. <br /> <br />(3) The use of said property by said Permittee shall be <br /> <br />limited solely to the purposes set forth by this permit and no <br /> <br />structures of any kind except as provided in paragraph 4 hereof <br />
