In the event of <br /> <br />termination hereunder by City, City shall refund to Permittee an <br /> <br />amount determined by prorating amounts paid in advance to the <br /> <br />nearest full day of actual use of the subject premises by Permittee; <br /> <br />provided, however, that if Permittee is the, successful bidder for <br />, a lease of the subject premises, then amounts paid in advance <br /> <br />here~nder may at Permittee's option be credited'to rental due <br /> <br />under such lease.
