<br />~ <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />shall be erected or placed 'thereon. <br />(4) Per~ittee shali provide and install' at Penmittee's <br /> <br />a. own cost and exp~nse, the follo\ving improvements upon the s.ubject <br /> <br />property: <br /> <br />(a) A chain link type fence attached to City-owned <br />metal standards or supports available for the <br />purpose~ which fence shall serve as a dis- <br />tinctive enclosure of the subject premises. <br /> <br />(b) Signs indicating that the said premises are <br />used by Permittee under permission granted, for <br />consideration, by the City for the convenience <br />of Permittee's business invitees. <br /> <br />(5) Permittee will insure that all, vehicles placed or <br /> <br />, , <br />parked within the subject property are'operative.~ Permittee <br />shall~rnaintain the subject premises in a neat, clean and orderly <br /> <br />condition at all times. <br /> <br />(6) Ip~cofisid~ration for the use of the s~id ~remises, <br /> <br />Permittee shall pay to City comp~nsati6n at the'rate of Four <br /> <br />Hundred Twenty-nine and 66/100 Dollars ($429.66) per month, payable <br /> <br />in advance, commencing upon the date hereof. In the event of <br /> <br />termination hereunder by City, City shall refund to Permittee an <br /> <br />amount determined by prorating amounts paid in advance to the <br /> <br />nearest full day of actual use of the subject premises by Permittee; <br /> <br />provided, however, that if Permittee is the, successful bidder for <br />, a lease of the subject premises, then amounts paid in advance <br /> <br />here~nder may at Permittee's option be credited'to rental due <br /> <br />under such lease. ' <br /> <br />(7) " Upon termination hereof, Penuittee shall restore the <br /> <br />subject premises. to their condition existing upon the date hereof, <br /> <br />ordinary wear excepted, and sha~l remove the fence and signs <br /> <br />permitted to be installed hereunderi provided, however, that if <br /> <br />Permittee is the successful bidder for a lease of the subject <br /> <br />-2- <br />
