<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />premises for the same use as permitted hereunder, then the said <br /> <br />fence and signs shall not be so removed but shall remain in <br /> <br />accordance with such lease. <br /> <br />(8) Neither the City of Redwood City nor any commission, <br /> <br />board, officer or employee thereof shall be held responsible or <br /> <br />liable for damage to any property of the Permittee installed or <br /> <br />located on the properties covered by this permit from any cause <br /> <br />whatsoever. <br /> <br />(9) Permittee's use of the subject premises shall strictly <br /> <br />conform to all applicable ordinances, rules and regulations of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(10) Permittee shall, on receipt of notice so to do, and <br /> <br />within such time limit as may be fixed by said notice, alter, <br /> <br />remove or relocate at the expense of said Permittee the fence <br /> <br />and signs permitted by this permit. <br /> <br />(II) Permittee shall be responsible and liable for any <br /> <br />and all damage to structures or property or for any injury or <br /> <br />death to persons due directly or indirectly to said Permittee's <br /> <br />occupation and use of the City's land herein described, and it <br /> <br />shall promptly pay any just claim therefor, and the Permittee <br /> <br />shall hold the City free and harmless from liens of every kind <br /> <br />and nature and from claims for damages of any kind whatsoever. <br /> <br />(12) In the event that Permittee shall fail or neglect or <br /> <br />refuse to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, <br /> <br />or in the event that this permission be revoked, then all rights <br /> <br />of the Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and determine. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />, 1968. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />-3- <br />
