<br />I~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />cancelled and terminated thereby is hereby reinstated, subject <br /> <br />to the condition that for all matters relating to the agreement, <br /> <br />District shall be represented by, and all communication with <br /> <br />District by City shall be conducted through the office of the <br /> <br />County Manager of the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />2. This Council hereby accepts the sum of fifty-two <br /> <br />thousand two hundred nineteen and 02/100 dollars ($52,219.02), <br /> <br />heretofore delivered to City subsequent to the adoption of <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5705, in partial payment of the total sum of <br /> <br />fifty-three thousand four hundred fifty-four and 53/100 dollars <br /> <br />($53,454.53) now due and owing under the agreement for fire <br /> <br />protection services furnished by City to District for the <br /> <br />period July 1, 1967 through June 30, 1968, subject to the <br /> <br />condition that the balance due and owing, to wit: one thousand <br /> <br />two hundred thirty-five and 51/100 dollars ($1,235pSl), shall <br /> <br />be paid by District to City during the period July 1, 1968 <br /> <br />through June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />3. The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 hereof shall not <br /> <br />be deemed a waiver by City of any right or rights heretofore <br /> <br />or hereafter acquired by, or vested in, City arising from or <br /> <br />in connection with the agreement. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the District <br /> <br />and the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo of the <br /> <br />provisions hereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
