Street Easement. <br /> <br />A perpetual easement and right of way for street purposes and <br />for public utility purposes, within the real property situate <br />in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Block 32, as shown' on that certain map entitled <br />,"MAP OF THE 'EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY," filed November 3, <br />1862, in Volume 2 of Miscellaneous Records at page 85, and a <br />copy entered in Volume 18 of Maps at page 6, in the office of <br />the Recorder of San Mateo County, Californiai also as shown on <br />that certain map entitled "RIGHT-OF-WAY RECORD MAP R-164.3" <br />(State of California, District IV, San Mateo County, Route 214, <br />RDWC. Section, Sheet 3), from which the basis of bearings used <br />in this description was taken, being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Block 32, said <br />corner also being the intersection of the northeasterly line of <br />Middlefield Road (formerly Phelps st.), 60.00 feet in width as <br />shown on said "Map of the Eastern Addition of Redwood City," <br />and the northwesterly line of Manzanita st., 60.00 feet in width <br />as shown on said last mentioned mapi.THENCE northeasterly along <br />said northwesterly line of Manzanita Street, North 300 02' 44" <br />East a distance of 12.00 feeti THENCE at right angles and north- <br />westerly along a line parallel to and 12.00 feet distant <br />measured at right angles from said northeasterly line of <br />Middlefield Road, North 590 57' 16" West a distance of 29.67 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNINGi THENCE continuing along <br />said line North 590 57' 16" West a distance of 20.19 feet to a <br />point of curvature; THENCE northwesterly along a tangent curve <br />concave to the right having a radius of 35.00 feet through a <br />central angle of 770 52' 02" an arc length of 47.57 feet to a <br />point on the southeasterly line of State Route No. 214 as shown <br />on said State of California RIGHT-OF~WAY RECORD MAP, R-164.3i <br />THENCE northeasterly' along said southeasterly line of State <br />Route No. 214 North 170 54' 46" East a distanGe of 20.19 feeti <br />THENCE southerly along a tangent curve concave to the left <br />having a radius of 60.00 feet through a central angle of 770- <br />52' 02" an arc length of 81.54 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Parcel 2.
